Stock Initialization/Goods Movement For Inventory Management

Hi Experts,

 

Can someone suggest me how can I fill up the data for Inventory Management for the below mentioned fields:

I have those fields available in mapping for both 2LIS_03_BX and 2LIS_03_BF transaction datasources to data target 0IC_C03. Is it that I have to write routines to fill-up the values for those fields in 2LIS_03_BF transformation to data target? Or is there routines already available for the above in BI content? Please suggest how can I get rid of this situation so as to load data into my target 0IC_C03.

Issue during Automatic PO creation(ME59) from PR

Hi MM Experts,

 

I have created PR and there is no material master. Please find below the screenshot.

When I try to execute ME59 with selection input as Purchase Requisition              1100031610 but I am getting below error.

In My case no Material Master and no Info record. Kindly advise to correct the issue.

How to check authorization for the batch-management tick in MM01

I have a requirement, to check the authority for the batch-management tick field, in MM01, in the purchasing view. I have a created a custom authority object to check the user authority based on the plant. As soon as, the user going to change that batch-management tick, it will check his authority. It will allow to change the only if he has the authority for that particular authority object. But I haven't been able to find any suitable place to put my code. I have tried field exit, but it's not getting triggered, and later I have learned, from SCN that field-exit doesn't get triggered for checkboxes. I have tried to put code in the function module MARC_XCHPF, but it is not of any great help.

 

Kindly suggest me the possible solution to this problem.

Problem with getBindingContext() method

Hi All,

 

I need to fetch a column value from a table when a particular row has been clicked by the user.

 

I tried various things but nothing worked.

 

Please note that for this table binding, i made a separate request to fetch the data from a different model(other than the 1 set inside Component.js) & after fetching the results from the model.read method, i assigned the data into a JSON model using the setData method which is binded to the table inside the XML view.

 

I wrote the following code inside itemPressed method to do further processing:

 

oItem = oEvent.getSource();

oCtx = oItem.getBindingContext();

this._oRouter.navTo("ProdId",{ProdId: oCtx.getProperty("Prod_Id")});

 

But now the prob is that the result for getBindingContext() method above is shown as undefined by the system.

 

Although in the debug mode, if i check the object oItem, there is an object inside by the name oBindingContexts which is having all the details & i am even able to fetch the respective attribute value. But as per my understanding, we should only access the properties of any object using the GET & SET methods as recommended by SAP as well. But again, the usual GET method is not working in my case.

 

Could you please let me know:

1) Why the normal getBindingContext method is not working in my case?

2) How to make the above work or a recommended alternative as per good coding practices?

Different SKF values reported

Dear Colleagues,

 

I have observed that SKF values reported in T code S_ALR_87013611 & S_ALR_87013645 are different in comparison to data feed using KB31n.

Even the values not match between values presented in T code S_ALR_87013611 & S_ALR_87013645.

 

Further I have observed that the values in T code S_ALR_87013611 & S_ALR_87013645 mismatch only when CO cycle rerun.

 

Kindly let me understand the relation between above three T codes viz. KB31n, S_ALR_87013611, and S_ALR_87013645

OData Service Activation - Required Services Missing

Hello SCN,

 

We want to implement the Shopping Cart Fiori apps in our SAP Gateway.

 

We have installed GBSRM001 and SRMNXP01 in our SAP SRM 7.03 system.

 

In the front-end serverI access /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE and I select "Add service".

 

Then I enter the system alias of my SRM  system and I click "Get services".

 

I get a list of services, but the ones that I need are missing (e.g. /GBSRM/CARTAPPROVAL):

In the back-end server I access /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE and I select "Add service".

 

Then I enter LOCAL as system alias and I click "Get services".

 

I get a list of services, including the ones that I'm looking for:

I understand the services exist in the back-end and that my user is authorised to see these services.

 

What am I missing to make these services visible in the front-end server?

Dear All,

 

1) I have the BI Launch pad link & CMC link(URL), when i entered in the browser we will get the home pages for individual links right.

 

     Here i would like to know in the backend servers which are activated (running) for BI Launch Pad and for CMC?

 

 

2) I have open the report on BI Launch Pad & refresh the report tell me what are the servers are working beyond that?

From  BO 4.0 we have two kinds of semantic layer tools are available for creating universes. So, here when we go for UDT and When we go for IDT?

 

And what is the use of UDT & IDT in 4.0?

ATP check on storage level checks on plant level?

Hi,

 

I have the following stock data of one material

 

Total ATP stock is 0.

ATP stock on storage location A is 0.  This storage location has much more Issues then receipts, 21 issues and 10 receipts

ATP stock on storage location B is 5.  This storage location has 5 receipts (Movement type 561) and no Issues.

 

When I change or create a sales order with that material (quantity 1 PC) and the storage location B (with ATP of 5), then the stock is only confirmed at the RLT, which is a normal reaction when the check fails, however the stock of storage location is 5 PC (ATP).

 

In transaction OVZ9 the setting is according to the check on storage location level (special field not marked).

 

Availability check is 02 and Checking rule A.

 

It looks like that the ATP check is still on plant level, because the overall ATP is 0.

 

I have the following questions:

  • What could be the reason that the check fails although the ATP stock of the material of storage location is 5?
  • How can I check debug (which function module) and based on which internal table or field where the system decides to go either ATP on plant level or on storage location level?

New Asset Accounting in SAP Simple Finance 2.0

Hi All,

 

We have installed Simple Finance 2.0 in our system. I have configured New Asset Accounting and posted transactions related to acquisition and depreciation.

 

SAP mentions that there are 5 asset  tables ANEA, ANEP, ANEK,ANLC and ANLP which will not get updated post SFIN 2.0 installation on posting of asset transactions.

 

Views for these 3 tables are  FAAV_ANEA,FAAV_ANEP, FAAV_ANEK,FAAV_ANLC,FAAV_ANLP and SAP has mentioned that data related to asset transactions will be available in these view tables instead of the original asset tables.

 

However, I have noticed that out of these 5 tables, 3 tables ANEK, ANLC and ANLP are still getting updated and the number of records in these 3 asset tables and the corresponding view tables are same.I believe this is incorrect as there should not be any data in these 3 asset tables .

 

This is working fine for tables ANEA and ANEP where data does not exist in the tables but can be viewed through corresponding view tables FAAV_ANEA and FAAV_ANEP.

 

ACDOCA gets updated with all the required data and updation of data in these 3 tables is duplication of records.

 

Have I missed out any configuration ? Any suggestion ? Is there any document available which gives information about updation of data in these tables ?

No Fiori Launchpad Logon Screen

Hello Fiori experts,

 

There are a lot of topics regarding the Fiori Launchpad Screen on SCN, but in my opinion i have an issue which is not covered so far.

 

So coming to my problem. I have followed all configuration steps on help.sap.com for configuring the fiori launchpad.Unfortunately, wenn i call the fiori launchpad i get the following authorization request (sorry it is in German):

Once i give in my credentials i see my Launchpad (at the moment empty, as it is not configured).

 

The Launchpad Designer Logon Screen is working perfectly, so i see the typical standard fiori logon page.


In TX sicf i have maintained the Custom Logon Page Implementation class:

I have cleared the following caches:

  • Browser cache
  • SMICM
  • /IWBEP/CACHE_CLEANUP
  • /IWFND/CACHE_CLEANUP

The library versions are older then 1.28.13.  How are these updated?  I would've thought they would get updated with SAP_UI component?

In Org units' Employee tab, there is a button with "End Employee Assignment", it states that it will end the employee assignment one day before the effective from date.

HU deleted but still stock and SU in WM

Hi,

 

I deleted 3 HU's using HU02 but still MMBE/LX02 showing the stock in WM instead going to non-HU storage location.

I also checked for any inconsistency between WM/IM using LX23. there is nothing like that.

 

Now how to use the stock as neither i am able to use VLMOVE nor MB1B for any movement.

 

Kindly suggest.

Start Time Tolerance deduction

Hi,

 

I have below requirement for calculating the loss from tolerance times:

 

DWS hours:                    

Planned Working Time -      08:30  TO 05:30

Begin Tolerance  --                08:30 to 09:30              

End Tolerance --                    05:30 to 06:30

 

If EE comes within the planned begin tolerance time i.e 08:30 to 09:30 AM, then there is no issue. But if EE clocks in at say 09:45 AM, then the system should clock 0:15 mins for deductions.

 

Also the deductions would only apply to 2 particular subgroups -- 01 and 02.

 

Can the experts please guide me how to do this. Does this need a PCR? If yes, how to do this?

Article Description in Article (WP_PLU) IDOC

Hello All

 

I have to send 2 description in the Article IDOC (WP_PLU), one is the main description that is there in the Basic Data which is maintained in English. Second, in the POS view which is maintained in another language.

 

System is only sending the POS view description if maintained in ENGLISH but if I change the language it is not sent in the IDOC. I see the connection in the Site Master. The language maintained in the Site Master is considered.

 

What to do if I need to sent the both description maintained in different language.

Zebra ZT420 (300dpi) is not printing correctly

Hello,

 

I need to help with set up the Zebra in SAP environment.. We had Zebra Z6M (200dpi) and all was good, but now our company did zebra refresh and bought Zebra ZT420 (300dpi). Once this changed, we are facing problems with printing from SAP. The thing is, all is working, but we need to fit the text on the label. As you can see the attached picture, on the left is Z6M (200dpi), middle is ZT420 (300dpi) same driver in SAP, the right one is changed device type of Zebra, so once we use 300 dpi printing model, label is not good.20151218_081210.jpg

I am quite sure, I need to use driver LZEB3 for 300 dpi printing model but should we change smart forms or something? What to do to get proper label?
We are facing this problem over a month or two..
